Could you please give me some background information in regards to your business and the people responsible for the day to day operation, including the names of the administrators?
In what country do you reside?
My partner and I have been in business for over 15 years. I deal strictly in REOs, and my partner deals in mobile home Parks. I reside in Germany, while my partner in the States.
I moved back to my home country of Germany two years ago. My mother had met a soldier stationed in Germany and they ended up getting married. When I was young, they moved us to the United States where my father lived. When he died, my mother and I moved back to Germany so she could be closer to family. As of right now though, I am back in the States up until July or August.
My daughters live in the States, which is why I spend quite a bit of time here. As of right now, I own a small business here, which I�m currently training my daughters to take over. I�m doing this primarily so I can devote my time to this new business venture. At this time as well, my partner is also training her children to take over daily operations in her business.
Our present businesses will are equipped to bring in the revenue stream needed to run SMV. In order to give me the time to focus on running SMV, my partner will be in charge of handling payouts, and auditing accounts on a regular basis. In the beginning though, I will also be helping with that.
Stephanie is an additional asset to this company who is knowledgeable in this industry. Because of the trust we have for her, we will have her handling the bulk of the emails.
Once a week, the people who make up the team founders of this company meet primarily through a conference call. Once a month, we do meet in person though to go over details of our investments. This team is made up of myself, my partner, our children, Stephanie, a personal friend of ours who has twelve years of Sports Arbitrage Betting experience, and an associate of mine who handles the details of the Forex Trading.
The team founders all share a common goal: protecting and advancing the interests of SMV. We started investing in SMV three years ago. Our long term goal is to be able to sustain SMV for three years. Once our investments were in place, all we had left to do was to interpret the data and translate it into a reasonable projection. We have spent the last 19 months doing this and are now up and running. We will be officially open for business as of May 5th, 2009.
How can any legitimate investment possibly pay the rates you are offering?
None have been able to do it yet.
There are programs out there that are paying the rates that I am offering as well as less, but they are private. They are not autosurfs, and the amount you put into them is more than your normal program. I was personally in one that lasted four years, and am currently in two as of now. So three years is perfectly doable. Especially since we have the business plan, as well as revenue already set-up in order to make this program successful.
After being in business for over 15 years, we can see why most programs do not last long. First you have the straight out ponzi schemes which are out to steal your money. Then you have those with good intentions, but they do not have the long-term goals needed. I�ve made a point to read the interviews from Invest Guide, MoneyNews, and getyourwealth (online sources). It becomes apparent why these other programs are not able to sustain their program for a long time.
It is alright to give incentive bonuses, but they must be kept at a bare minimum. We have a set amount of incentive bonuses that we will use for a specific purpose. That purpose is to reward those who help others out in the forums.
Do you offer proof of your income streams?
Yes, but there is a limitation because of the nature of this industry. I will only entrust this evidence to people who I know will respect my privacy. This is simply to protect myself.
Why should I put my money into your site?
I can not tell you why you should put money in my site. That is a decision you have to make as it is your money. Here are some tips though:
Diversify your investments into several programs to lower the risks of loosing money. If you evenly distribute your money over several programs, and some of them stop working for some reason, your loss will be only a percentage of what you put in. However, if you had put all your money into it, then you would have lost it all. Don't choose too many, especially if you have a small capital to operate with, or it will take you too long to start earning. Find the golden middle between too few and too many.
Don't get addicted with possibilities of earning more. Autosurfing is mostly a short-term
earning opportunity; however, with a smart approach, you will start making a profit in no time. It's better to get back the money you paid with from your own pocket first, and then play with the profits you get.
Make a plan and stick to it. Plan ahead for at least 2-3 months for each program. All the actions you will need to do during this period can be planned ahead and once the date comes just compound/reinvest or cash out
Do this with as much security as possible. There is a small chance sites you will be shown might have a virus or Trojan. It is better to use Firefox browser as it's more secure and more practical to use when surfing multiple sites at once. Virus scanner, spyware remover and firewall are also mandatory. Get a new separate e-mail address to use with autosurf programs. Make sure your e-mail you use with payment processors is not same as one you registered with the autosurf programs. Never open links in e-mails unless it is activation e-mail after clicking which you just get shown a page that you have been activated.
Do you allow your members to contact you by phone?
Not at this time, but we have been thinking about it and how we would handle call volume. We are also considering how much more time it would add to our work load. Because of this, we may think about giving our phone numbers out to select individuals or possibly even hire a receptionist. These will be ideas that will be discussed later on though.
I would just like to update some information concerning our server. Here is what our hosting company sent us:
No it will be ok, we switched of port 80 because it hammering the server, but we will have the port switched on now again and the attacks should be filtered, flood is bad, and some kind of ddos there are many different kinds port 80 is very unusual

Now, to a few things that need to be covered. We said deposit would be done manually; however, we have changed that. Instead, we will have them done automatically. The reason for this change is that we have additional security implemented in our script. We will still be auditing all of the deposits though, as well as each cash out.Our programmer is also working on implementing the module for the 80/20 rule, and adding "Spend from account balance".
We have been discussing whether or not we should be keeping Liberty Reserve, primarily because of the downtime that they have been having. We noticed that other sites were discontinuing the use of this payment processor, but we personally have decided to
keep it. For those people who use Liberty Reserve though, there is a possibility that you will experience a longer wait time on cashout day. But if that does not bother you, then you are free to use that particular payment processor. We are leaving it up to our

Because of recent credit tightening and the recent events in the economy, since 2004 we have been working in the area of contract for deed (mobile homes).and have experienced a
phenomenal growth in sales, especially recently. Contract for deed allows for capital gain during sales over the contract period instead of just in the year the property is sold. This also allows us to make a substantial tax savings.
If any one is interested in real estate, this is a good way to go. There is no maintenance, you do not have to pay for property taxes on the mobile home and you can become the banker. For us, we charge a 10% down payment.
Here is a simple example of how this works. A $29,000 mobile would have a down payment of $2,900 plus $100 earnest fee. $26,000 At a 9% nominal rate, over the course of 96 months, there would be a grand total of $36,629.76, plus this mobile home would be on your property, which is an extra $300/month (for lot rent). Just something to think about.
