Lloyds TSB offshore is one that opens accounts for persons as well as LLCs.

Someone mentioned Standard Chartered and HSBC above and in most cases you need to go to a branch in person to open up an account there.

HSBC singapore does not require personal visits for personal accounts.
Standard Chartered Singapore asks for introduction by a current SC client, that's all. If you don't have one, then you might have to visit.

hsbc channel islands also does not require a personal visit, unless my info is no longer currrent.

Panama Legal is seeking a corporate bank account I am 99% sure as there is no privacy gained from personal bank accounts in today's environment of transparency in banking.

You will have many banks in Cyprus which are opening bank accounts both for persons and LLC's without a visit.

But I'm not sure if it is what you are looking for. FBME is a good choice however they can be difficult to get the account opened with.
