High Limit No-Name Offshore Mastercard for Anonymous wires

This card can be used to receive 3rd party wires anonymously.
The Card is in USD and is issued by a real, fully licensed offshore bank from an offshore country. Note: we will not release the name of this bank or card under any circumstances for the enhanced security and privacy of the card so please don't ask.
As this card can be used online, these cards can be used without restrictions for online gaming regardless of the clients home country.

* Western Union, Money Gram (6.5%) 75 Euro minimum fee
* US Bank or Panama bank drawn checks $2.00 + 3%

* Subject to change depending on market conditions. The cheapest way for LR, WMZ, Ecu is to have the exchanger send the funds to the card via bank transfer.
Fees:
* $100 minimum initial load plus loading fees before card is fully activated and online banking access is provided

The best loading method is bank wire to your card account and is loaded next day after funds are received. Cash deposits at Bank of America and ACH to US banks can take 5 days to load after funds are received. Load limit is $2000 a day, up to $20,000 a month.
Important notification: This card must maintain a minimum balance of $20 at all times or the card and account will be closed and cannot be reopened. $100 minimum initial load plus loading fees before card is fully activated and online banking access is provided. A replacement card is €75 plus courier of $50
Fees: $699 setup fee plus courier of $50. The card takes 3-5 days to receive via International courier. Additional cards order at the same time are $399 however each requires a passport and utility bills scan held by us. If you do not have a passport we require two (2) government issued photo ID's.
Please note this card CANNOT be loaded with Paypal or used in any way with Paypal as it is offshore source as it is an Offshore credit card. Pursuant to "KYC" or "know your client" policies we require a Passport scan and utility bill scan to make sure it is not used for criminal purposes.
Payment by Bank wire, Liberty Reserve (plus 5%), V-money (plus 5%), or western union (plus 6.5%).
If you write that this card can be loaded by ACH to US Bank why it does not work with paypal?

The card does not have a direct ACH number, no. We accept the ACH then forward via wire to the Panama bank. So these cards cannot be used to verify some sort of ACH source or cashout.
I should note that if someone tried to send hacked US bank account funds to the card it would be closed immediately as it takes 5-7 days to get to the card and it would be discovered before it arrived.
This card is really intended to be a Wire card for anonymous 3rd party wires and even Western Union/Moneygram payments from clients/others. So if you want to accept WU/MG and not want to use your name, this puts funds directly on the card the next business day after it is picked up.
I'd like to buy an Offshore card and account from you but after reading posts calling you a scammer then you closed the theread on the guy (not giving him a chance to respond) makes me worry about you.

Why don't you PM and ask him if he got his funds, he of course did :-). Also, we switched card providers so the loading is faster and less complicated and they accept ID scans if the client does not have a passport -- the other did not.

700 USD cost plus other costs? Wow, really, you will have just a lot of customers at this insane price...
That thread was closed because the client's card was loaded, his bank sent the money incorrectly twice which is ultimately why the card was not loaded on time -- don't believe me, ask the moderator or PM the guy with the card.
I am going to give this card a try. I am a new member here so I was not allowed to PM ( says I need 25 posts first to do that) ketchup1112 who made a complaint about this service so check the actual outcome of their problem, but me being in online trading for more then 15 years know very well one post on a message board can not be taken for granted, regardless who pots it, 10 000+ posts adim or a total newbie, things are always deeper and more research need to be completed to know.
Like said I will risk those 600$ and give it a try and let everyone here know how I do.
