I don't know the history of EMO, but if it becomes a stable e-currency then I'd be glad to add it to my exchange service wich is under developement right now.
Sometime it really pays off to learn from history.... but only sometimes... and only here ;-)
reading all this topics about e-currencies I really doubt to continue my work on the exchanger
topics like
- Liberty Reserve closing soon
- Perfect Money SCAM!!
- NUMOX, another scam e-currency
- Alertpay...
- EMO...
I should find something else I think
James
Very wise choice. To be a successful exchanger you need to be familiar with industry, at least a little. Otherwise, ecj will investigate you and you will turn out to be a goat. :-)

Are you the ONLY astute person at this thread?
I would like to PM you if it doesn't violate a TG rule.

If money can solve your problem, you don't have a problem that I can't help you solve.
You are financing the "revival" of this company. Yes
They don't have enough money to refund customers on their own. No, the US tyrants absconded all the funds and after their legal fees about 20% was sent to the customer base.
You are giving them enough money to operate and refund previous customers. YES! And, will see that they are fully functional to survive until they become self sufficient. Is that a problem with anyone other than okosh?
You are also planning on financing a ponzi with them? NO, but any clients that lose through another customer of EMO will be refunded if it was a ponzi type program that snuck through and into the system. EMO does not plan on allowing ponzi schemes to operate. And, some programs may at some point fail, just like some other business does in the real world. EMO plans on allowing real world programs to be a part of their system
Call me naive...something smells fishy. Possibly something you have eaten recently and still has the smell lingering on your top lip, but not the EMO Business.
The EMO Program was one of the best there is that will not falter IF MONEY WILL KEEP IT AFLOAT, and I decided to help the Owners ... Mr. Todd T. The old entgold program was considered by myself, but the owners attitude was similar to folks that visit TG, so I backed away and chose EMO to help. Some, of their old clients still visit TG.
My advice to you is:
Stop eating anything that smells fishy unless it has scales .... well, uh! I might say, unless it is a real fish.

1. My questions were rhetorical. With your command of the English language, I presumed you wouldn't understand.
2. They were operating illegally in the USA, hence they got shut down.
3. Refund customers 100% first, then reopen the business, common sense.
4. The fish smell is the trip "offshore" to a scammer's safehaven
5. With your obvious rep, why would anyone in their right mind invest their money into something YOU run?
6. A ponzi with a pretty website and a pretty name is still a ponzi.
7. Don't throw stones inside a glass house.
