Mandatory Initial funding
Hello, I'm new to online banks, I do alot of graphic, web design and programming though.
I don't fully understand the initial wire funding step, is this optional, or is it to prove your identity?
Can you do the confirmation transaction from another online/offshore bank to an online bank?
And, can you do this transaction from an online bank account to another online bank account at the same company ??
The basic steps for most online banks, are:
1. fill text, basic information
2. further information, e.g. document scans
3. "confirm account" with wire
???
is that everything?
