you need to have some low balance on card to can pass verification check other threads around there are some good sellers

well..this was a topic opened stricly for the virtual bank account. forum is flooded with vcc`s wich are easy to get.

BUT the main dilema it`s the bank account...let`s say you have your paypal verified ..what`s next? how you get your earnings from the paypal?
That`s the thing you can only spend money not withdraw.
