these euro visa ATM, are the kind that own unique IBAN number per card? or is shared IBAN number and must write the number of card in tittle of payment(memo) when load the card?

I looked for any exchange rates but couldnīt find - can you please let me know if you still do those types of exchanges (or will again in future) - if so, what are the rates? I am quite interested in an exchange-service from PSC to LR or your card - I would definitely buy if this is available. And with me there would be many other guys (friends etc.)
