1) how can I pay the card (139,-)? via IBAN/BIC or also via paypal?
2) how is the card shipped? how is the PIN code shipped, seperately or in same letter like card? is all shipped via registered mail or via normal mail? (I would prefer normal mail - but many prepaid ATM card providers only ship via registered mail!)
3) do you ship the card yourself OR is there a third-party that ships the card for you and you are just middle-man?
4) Important: In which country is the IBAN account that is attached to the prepaid atm card?
