The fastest I could think off would be coming up with the next facebook... all you need is an idea. Selling an idea is probably the only really fast way to make very good money ( and not neccessarilly online either... ) that does not require a huge initial investment.
Now for everything else, just like it was said before me, you either need time or an initial investment to make good money.

If you failed to make money with adsense or CPA, then the only option is to rob a bank..

Anyway, it depends on how you handle money. With more luck, and a lot of skill, you could make more out of it.
