The reason for this important message today is two-fold --- and both very good news for you, the subscribers of MX1.

1) We have decided that MX1 will make commission payouts THREE times each month. This will be on the 10th / 20th / 30th days of every month. Just because we accept your subscriptions on a monthly basis does not mean we can only pay out on a monthly basis. So for this month, those subscribers that are already building their MX1 businesses, they shall receive commission payments on August 10 and August 20 and August 30. The payout on August 10 includes all “cycles” created during June and July. The payout on August 20 will include new “cycles” created during the August 1-10 period. The payout on August 30 will include new “cycles” created during the August 11-20 period. The payout on September 10 will include new “cycles” created during the August 21-31 period. And so on.

2) We have decided to cease charging of the ADMIN FEE immediately (from midnight EST of August 3). So the monthly subscription is once again USD30 for “BASIC” membership and USD35 for “PREMIUM” membership which includes the PWS (Personalized Website Service) for those members serious about building a successful MX1 business. By not having the admin fee, this makes MX1 financially unviable (on paper) as we bring in USD180 per each 6 subscribers but we payout USD200 for the 2 cycles created for each 6 subscribers for the real cycle and the ‘spillover’ cycle (in theory). Anyway, we are assured by so-called experts in this field that MX1 will be financially viable even without the admin fee and even though we lose up to 7% of subscription fees in AlertPay deductions. Time will tell, and I trust their judgment will prove to be correct.

All these changes are not good for the success of MX1, and I fully appreciate this. So you have my word and the ‘MX1 2020 Vision’ (written by me) that there will be no more changes to any aspects of the MX1 compensation plan. From this day forth (August 4, 2009), we pay out commissions three times a month, and from this day forth we do not charge an administration fee.

For those subscribers that joined during August 1-3 and did indeed get charged the USD3 admin fee, you will receive a personal email from me (today) that gives a win-win solution to this dilemma.

I have several items of good news to share with you today.

GOOD NEWS #1: Our new 'MX1 Presentation' is now live online to help you build your business. It has been modified since the original one was first made available two weeks ago and now answers some of the important concerns our members were raising. If you have copies of the old presentation downloaded to your computers, please delete them and use the new version. GOOD NEWS #2: For release in several weeks from now will be our new "flash animation" MX1 Presentation. This will go onto the upper part of the home page of the MX1 website (and all websites of PWS subscribers also).

GOOD NEWS #3: We now pay commissions three times each month --- on the 10th and the 20th and the 30th!

GOOD NEWS #4: Twenty-eight of our members cycled one or more times during our pre-launch period of June and July. One even cycled 22 times, earning herself USD2,200 in the process Later today, these people shall all receive 'virtual cheques' from MX1 in the amount of their earnings. We highly recommend that you share these virtual cheques with your prospects and personal network members to ignite their passion for the MX1 business.

GOOD NEWS #5: On schedule, this August tenth, just two days from now, all 28 of our earning members will receive their June & July income paid via AlertPay to their accounts. For these 28 people, I would suggest that you share your great news with as many people as you can. All of you have been in MX1 for less than two months and yet you have already multiplied your investment, some of you many times over. This excellent news is worth sharing.

GOOD NEWS #6: The daily ‘Millionizer’ program is outstanding and many of our members have expressed their delight that this product has far exceeded their expectations. The fact that it is received on a daily basis makes it even more powerful. May I suggest that your view the videos always on FULL-SCREEN mode with volume on high and you stand several feet from the monitor for maximum impact. May I further suggest that you stand tall, with arms outstretched and really jive your body to the uplifting music and empowering messages. This is how you can be "ENERGIZED" every day, which is part of the long-term secret to success that you are striving for. A positively energized spirit attracts far more success than a non-enthusiastic one.

GOOD NEWS #7: Some of our more astute subscribers have noticed that it is easy to work out the URL link for the days of the ‘Millionizer’ program, so why bother paying the subscription when they can have the product at no cost. Well, this was my personal decision and I did it for a reason. My intent was only ever to offer the easy-to-guess URL link for our first one month in business, which is August only. This was so that our members can easily share the ‘Millionizer’ program and videos with their prospects. The more prospects that see the ‘Millionizer’ the more will appreciate its excellent value and the more that will join your business. Please note that sometime in the next few weeks, access to the daily ‘Millionizer’ program will change to "by subscription only" meaning no more easy working out the URL link. The new method will involve subscribers entering their username and password to view the latest day’s program and access all the resources within the ‘MEMBERS ONLY ACCESS’ resource center.

NOT-SO-GOOD NEWS #8: Our back office operating system (affectionately dubbed ‘MOS’ --- MX1 Operating System) is still not fully operational and our MX1 Admin Head --- Francis --- says full integration will be postponed until August 12. Francis apologizes profusely for the delays in migration, caused he says because we have to switch to manual re-encoding of members for fidelity and stability of data, as automatic migration is causing problems.

Francis says he is really sorry for the disappointment you and your team are feeling. More than anyone else, I personally want the new back office systems launched NOW! Actually I wanted MOS launched by July 30. Way back during mid-May when I discussed the MX1 official launch date with the developers and programmers of MOS, they assured me it would be ready by July 1. Well we are now looking at a 6-week delay from July 1 to August 12 and they all know this is totally not acceptable to MX1, totally not acceptable to me, and totally not acceptable to the members.

Francis further states that there are still a few issues our programmers are resolving right now, in order for the system to function correctly. These few glitches will be resolved before August 12. You have my personal assurance that we are doing everything we can to fix these issues. The best news is that once these issues are solved, we have a lifetime of wonderful business ahead. Further to that, please note we have the developers of MOS on a hefty retainer and they will be doing updates and upgrades on a constant basis, month after month after month, until we have one of the best back office systems and operating systems of any online business. If any business has a valuable feature that we don't, we'll have it developed and added to ours. That's part of my commitment to constant and never-ending improvement. Same with the 'Millionizer' videos, step by step they will get even more exceptional.

There are several items of importance to share with you today. Plus several testimonials from our members.

Let’s start with the saga of our MX1 Operating System --- dubbed ‘MOS’ for short. Francis, our Head of MX1 Admin and IT, assured me it would be online and fully operational by today, August 12. Though there are still many hours left today, it may be that he and his team are a few hours over his deadline. Please do not crucify me or him or his team if they are a few hours late. For the past 6 weeks, and especially the past 6 days, they have sweated blood to get it online and functioning correctly. The encoding of the data, which has to be done manually, is taking around ten minutes per entry --- and with 400+ members now, that’s 4,000 minutes or almost 72 hours or 3 complete days just for the entries of the database. Anyway, no more excuses, you will see ‘MOS’ online within the next 24 to 48 hours. Once it is online though, there may be the odd flaw here and there, though I am planning on zero. Please note, we do have our ‘MOS’ development team, with their members in England and India, on a hefty retainer for fixing all "bugs" in the system and then making continual upgrades based on feedback from our members until we have one of the very best back office systems within the next few months. Please note that we shall always endeavor to strive for excellence within all parts of MX1 but as we all know, Rome wasn’t built in a day!

I am always "solution conscious" and one of the biggest problem areas for ‘MOS’ is in the "3 X Month" payment system that I announced last week. The developers have told me that at this time, this is just not feasible. Therefore, until it is developed as part of the back office system, we will revert to our original "1 X Month" payment system. Though this may seem like a hardened blow to some of our members, the reality is that any income earned within a one-month period is still the same amount of income whether it is paid once a month or three times a month. And, as a seasoned networker pointed out to me, it is actually an advantage to get paid just once a month as that person’s cheque is larger --- and, we all know, a larger cheque is more impressive for showing your prospects than a smaller cheque.

Talking of cheques, on August 8, it was my pleasure to send "virtual" cheques to all 28 members of MX1 that have earned income so far. On August 10, this was followed up by payment in full to these same 28 members. A couple of members were heard complaining they didn’t receive their "virtual" cheques --- but, more importantly, they DID receive their commissions. The reason they didn’t receive their cheques, sent by email, was they were sent by ME to their AlertPay email addresses, because right now I don’t personally have access to the email addresses they signed up to MX1 with. They are in the new database and, unfortunately, I don’t have access to it. That seems amazing seeing as I own MX1, but that’s the way it is. The solution for this is that from the next MX1 pay day of September 10 (for August 1-31 cycles) the cheques are being sent to the email addresses that the members signed up to MX1 with by the team of Francis, as that’s his area of responsibility.

FUTURE PLANS --- GLOBAL DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS ON A DAILY BASIS: This is not something I originally planned on sharing with you the members of MX1 until early next year, but now seems an opportune time as we have just flip-flopped back from the "3 X Month" to the "1 X Month" payment system.

Next April 2010, I intend moving to North America on a semi-permanent basis for at least 2 to 3 years. Already, as I forecast before MX1 was even pre-launched, some 80% of our members are from USA & Canada. Therefore, it makes perfect sense for me to be living in North America so that I can meet with as many of our "leaders" and their teams as possible. My intent is to tour USA & Canada in a motorhome (with rooftop satellite for 24-7 online connection, of course) and literally travel to every one of the 48 continental states, and all of Canada’s 7 provinces, plus Alaska (to see some grizzly bears and salmon).

Whilst in USA, though discussions are on-going even before I arrive, I will work closely with strategically chosen business partners for implementing payment of commissions to MX1 members by what I term a "global debit card" system. The MX1 members will have the option of a debit card to which their commissions are sent instead of the present way to their AlertPay accounts. Now, here’s the key point. By the middle of next year, we will be in position (with a new ‘MOS’ being developed while this present one purrs along) for having "REAL-TIME" payments of commissions --- ON A DAILY BASIS! What this means is once a new subscriber or a re-subscriber pays their monthly fees, as soon as that transaction hits ‘MOS’ then the commission payment on any cycles created by that transaction can be calculated and instantaneously paid to the member’s debit card. Imagine saying to your prospects that MX1 pays instantaneously! That is surely better that 3X or 1X a month. I will keep you up to date on progress with this, but please do not expect it to be implemented before mid 2010.

Our first development team worked on ‘MOS’ for two months from Mid May to mid July and still couldn’t get the mechanics of the complex calculations to work. So we fired them!

Then we hired a development team from London, England to develop an entirely new system in record speed at a cost of thousands of dollars to be ready by July 31. Today is already August 19 and although the back office interface has been long completed, it has never correctly calculated the cycles and the commissions. So, enough is enough and a few days ago we also fired them!

Now we are committed to investing USD50,000 during the next 5 months with one of the top three M.L.M. software companies in the world, from USA. I had face to face discussions with them at their Asian head office in Manila, Philippines (where I presently am) this past Sunday and yesterday and today for three extensive meetings in three days. So we are reverting to the industry norm for 2x2 matrixes whereby the subscriber has just one active matrix at all times, not multiple active matrixes as we were endeavoring to do. In actuality, the members earn more with just one active matrix as all of your new and re-subscribing members go to into your one active matrix, thereby enabling you to cycle faster and more often. In hindsight, if I knew three months ago what I knew now, I never would have tried re-inventing the wheel.

The one negative of all these tens of thousands of dollars we have already spent and will continue to spend is that luxury has a price.
