The "inspection tour", usually by a vocal critic? Been DONE, many times, almost every scam offshore for the last 5 -6 years has done it when the exit plan kicks in, great stall. Works fine, the person doing the "tour" can claim that it takes a week or more after the fantasy tour for them to recover and post the "results", travel is tiring don't ya know?

They offer to pay for a ticket?
Somehow they did not offer to pay what they owe?
And a fake ticket is so much cheaper , no?
