no BS, just answer the following in in YES or NO-

a) FFMS DOESN'T regulate forex in Russia or anywhere in world.
b) Instaforex (via it's website www.instaforex.com) provides forex trading services

"The InstaForex Company provides a complete spectrum of services for currency trading on the international financial Forex market."

Just first line of your website.

c) This implies Instaforex's FOREX (now don't start babling about your other services) activity is NOT regulated by any russian regulatory body.

d) Now, Instaforex Group of Companies are regulated by FFMS.

It's worth mentioning that FFMS doesn't regulate forex and Instaforex is here to advertise (and of course every person with IQ more than 70 knows that instaforex has forex as biggest component) its forex activites. I don't understand what is the point in saying -

FFMS regulates (not forex but other activities) of Instaforex Group of companies (which includes forex). And hence Instaforex can say on its website that they are regulated by FFMS when clients ask before opening there forex account????????

Haven't you missed to answer few questions??

a) Who r your liquidity providers?
b) Where can I see the market depth on your platform
c) ECNs don't give requotes, why do we get requotes with Instaforex.
d) ECNs allow you to select fixed slippages. Why does instaforex has even 7 pips slippage when I select just 1 pip maximum deviation from quotes???

If I don't prove each of my 4 statement I have mentioned in just above post, I will -
a) Pay you $10,000 via Liberty Reserve 4 days of time
b) Will leave talkgold forever
c) Will never post anything about Instaforex in any forum ever.

However, if it's other wise and I prove each of 4 statements, You agree to -
a) Pay me $5000 via liberty reserve in 4 days of time.

If I lose, I pay you $10,000. If you lose, you have to pay me $5000!

Your employee comes and says something on this forum. I say it's not correct and I will prove it wrong. I give challenge and now your company cannot stand its own statements.

If Anna is so correct in saying those statements, why don't you accept my challenge??? Not accepting clearly shows that you don't have any confidence on what she said earlier
