I have accounts at about 25 books and one stands out above all others - Pinnacle.
U.S people really get a bum deal.
In my opinion the best option for US is 5-dimes. I don't have bookmaker but I do have betcris which is basically identical (as is diamond).
I would only choose Bookmaker over 5dimes if you bet thousands and made thousands.
As far as countries go - you cannot go past Aussie sportsbooks as a whole.
