Thanks and I would like to ask you a question. In your opinion, what agencies would you report a scam like pvt to? I am in the US by the way. I know sometimes they want to know your a victim before they take a complaint. I will be the first man on top of these scams if we can jump them early so to speak. What do you suggest? Who and which agencies do we alert before it gets out of control and who will listen to someone who has no money at stake? What about staying anonymous?


I know there is a serious lack of man power at the moment and I think that is changing but it would be helpful if we knew who had some teeth. Something needs to be set up by all goverments to help us. We are light years ahead of them and there is no excuse for it. They waste money left and right and then let crap like this take place. I am not a fan of our goverment wasting money but in this case it would be worth every penny.

Appreciate any ideas and opinions you might have. Sometimes, we feel like we are David fighting Goliath. We are always proven right in the end but more times than not the scammers just laugh and run off only to repeat the scenario again. Its frustrating. Does anybody with any authority or concept of reality understand this and understand just how big this is?

I want some people locked up with the key thrown away if you cant tell. Oh, and I want several pimps too who promote this crap as bad as the scammers.

Despite the naysayers, which I realize are many, and rightly so in some cases, I am here to update you all.

When PTV started, I had the best intentions of helping many. I envisioned at some point changing the ecurrency world. It was perhaps an overly grand vision. Actually, it might have worked had it not been for the circumstances that took place. Most will never know.

To list these reasons would open up a whole new debate and only be construed as excuses anyway. While the naysayers will tell you this is just more talk to keep members quiet, that is not the case.

When PTV started I believed I had taken all the necessary actions to keep any of the usual things from going wrong. On that the naysayers are right. I was wrong. Much happened and in trying to "fix" the problems more were created. Finally, at the end there was almost no way to adequately fix it. Not with the site running and not under the circumstances that were created.

The next part is the hardest to say. We have taken down the site completely but I have not gone away. I am here, licking my wounds a bit since, but with the full intention of paying all those not in profit. Those that were in profit, I am sorry but there is no way to continue paying out at this point on the plans that were running. The current steps that are being taken are these.

1) A full accounting has to be done. Because of all the issues that happened to the script and the errors that were made by some of the IT staff and the corrections we attempted that backfired we are unable to do this in a hurry. This is anticipated to be completed within a few weeks.

2) We are considering the future. My reaction at this moment is to payout those not in profit and walk away. Should anything further be considered, it will be extremely limited in membership and possibly not even offered to any current online members.

I am sorry. None of this is what I intended in the beginning. Nothing is yet fully determined as we must get through the current situation first. Then we will take a break, look at what we have and make a decision from there.

For now, let me say that I have recently been in contact with a couple of the mods. I will be checking in from time to time and updating as much as possible. Until this process is completed there is not much that is going to happen.

Personally, I would like to give a huge thank you to the members and moderators who have shown support beyond my highest anticipation. As I always believed there are many people here who are caring and wonderful. There is no minimizing how that knowledge has touched my life. I am only sorry that we may not be able to go on with the dream that I had in the beginning.

To all on either side of the fence, I truly apologize. Please do not expect refunds immediately though it should not be more than 4 to 6 weeks before you will see them coming out. They will not all be done at one time but they will be done. Until then I cannot prove myself to you. I realize that to most, these are merely wasted words. Just watch for now and see that I truly will prove this to you.

In the meantime, the blog will remain up, though it will not change much from day to day. We will consider
opening the chatroom but the moderators will not be scheduled to be there all the time so it will be limited access unless they wish to be there.

Please do not ask them for updates as those will only come directly from me and they will advise if any are posted but they will not be able to give you any information other then what will be posted for all.

Correct me if I am wrong. Lightning was/is a mod for pvt? Now, he/ she is a head mod at my scam forum? Matt, the owner closed the thread saying he had threats which we all know were BS. He just got in over his head and the naysayers pinned him and his BS to the wall.

And last, I guess Garrett/Xaiver thinks the my scam forum readers are the dumbest and most gullible of the bunch. Bring your gold mine over here Garrett and I will take you on one on one you slime ball. Bring it dont sing it.

How about programs that are still running with fresh deposits, will you refund the deposit? Have you read about RRGonzales who is going to commit suicide and kill his wife too because he lost all his money in PTV, and is 78 yrs old- do you want that blood on your hands? I trusted you allot Garret, you built a community that you were the head of and many believed in you! I suggest you be your word, and return the money that belongs to people who put their entire trust in you, and some their entire savings in PTV!! If you really do have a silica mine, this won't be an issue, would it?... Be your word please sir, since karma tends to get back at us for every action we take, so what is the point to live life not knowing when the train is going to hit you, and how hard? Be honest and be your word, and have a clean karma. Thats my two cents, and hope to get paid my over $3,000 pending withdraw and over $700 in my program deposit ending in beginning of May. MyCrapForum readers swallowed attempts to white wash the Kent Black mod, Matthew Nunn when all Kent's efforts to present Troy Barton as an unblemished industry saint had failed. Matthew has a lot of skeletons in his cupboard and when the newspaper cuttings which he knows are already in the public domain are published in TG or another forum, Mathew will be toast.

The problem is not in PTV, the problem lies in genneral HYIP.

3 major problems are

e-currency which do not offer return of investment if site went scam
goldcoders
groups (HYIP providers) without supervision (institution)

Cause what HYIP is following: scamer for newbs
what monitors are advertisers for scaming newbs
what forums are same as monitors
