Garrett, I am one of your PTV Partner Moderators. As such I believe that you have brought us a unique program, different from the majority of very strong HYIP-s, and I have much respect for you.

I am making this following post expressing my own views about this issue and also those of a small , but long time PTV Partner investors.
I and we are publicly addressing you this very important issue, and also I, we are expecting a public answer here, in this thread.

For PTV partner to prove that is not just a PONZI program, and to also be able to deliver at least a livable wage at western standard to all investors over a long period of time you MUST seriously think to do the following:

Step 1:
Limit forever the number of investors to maximum 5,000
When that number will be reached declare the program closed forever for new investors.
Exception: Let in new people only if old investors are surrendering there PTV Partner positions forever - new investors in equal number to those leaving.

Step 2:
If the program will stop for a while at maximum $10 million active investment until further expansion is possible limit the maximum active investments per investor to maximum $5,000.

Reason: $5,000 X 5,000 = $25 million (which in a lot higher than the total possible active investments, but maybe still many members will have investments under $2,000 at that time).
Do it on the first came first served basis, meaning that those who touch the $5,000 active investment first, will have this limit standing until further expansion, and others just as it will be possible under the active investment cap.

If investors at the highest limit will have the 30 day plan (which pays 45%) the maximum possible to make will be $2,250 per month.
We can account for average 5% losses with money transfers until this amount reaches the people's bank accounts, so really we can talk here about $2,137 real money.

For those living in strict legislation we also must calculate the income tax, which let's say is 15% from this amount.
This leaves $1,816 per month - which barely assures a living at traditional westerns standards, but it's still a livable wage.

Step 3:
If ever the program gets green light to have the active investment cap at $100 million, than make this individual active investment cap $20,000 for each and every investor (again, like in step 2, this no matter how many individual accounts may have one person, or how many investment plans, this is the total max possible).

Reason: $20,000 x 5,000 = $100 million.
If investors at the highest limit will have the 30 day plan (which pays 45%) the maximum possible to make will be $9,000 per month.
Again, we can account for average 5% losses with money transfers until this amount reaches the people's bank accounts, so really we can talk here about $8,550 real money.

For those living in strict legislation we also must calculate the income tax, which let's say is 25% from this amount.
This leaves $6,412 per month - which assures a nice living, but in no way riches, and extra stuff.

Garrett, please respond here ASAP - even if your choice is not ready yet regarding these number issues.

If you will not respond or your response will be totally negative unfortunately myself and many other faithful PTV-ers would think that mathematically the PTV Partner is impossible or is not well planned to be fair to all investors and to also make possible to offer a living just from these investments to all investors.
Or, which is lot worst, maybe we will think that PTV Partner may be just a nicely designed PONZI, which is just into attracting a very high number of investors, with no real concerns for the involved individuals situations.
