I am wondering about the AlertPay sell limit. The fees page says "Current limit" is 40 000 USD.

What kind of limit is this exactly? A monthly limit, a yearly limit, total account limit?

Hmmm, starting to wounder what kind of exchanger they really are.
Sent them some STP a few days ago, when we have done tons of transactions in STP, and first they wanted some details about us in email.

But later we got this from them

We ask about each transfer SolidTrust Pay investigation department (it is solidtrust pay exchanger policy).

About your transaction - Solidtrust Pay told us to keep your transfer as pending.

We received your e-mail and answered it. We also resend it to SolidTrust Pay support, investigation department and admin. We asked them also to write to you.

We are waiting for reply of Solidtrust Pay and we will send you reply

I just dont understand why STP would send you such an email, when its consirning our account. I didnt receive any such information from STP as you claim.
However, goldexpay delivered as promissed inside the time frame, and LR is now on my account.

STP does not send us e-mail first.

We ask Solidtrust Pay about EACH transactions(as it was with your order also). Only after that they reply if we can complete order, refund it or leave as pending. Solidtrust Pay investigation department does not describe and does not share info why they makes such decision about transfers. We only make what payment system told us because we accept their rules when launching to verified exchangers.

Yesterday we received e-mail from STP investigation that we can complete your order and it was done.

If last time you made exchange and exchanger that made it for you have not contacted STP investigation department before completing your order there are only 2 ways how it was done:

- Exchanger is not official exchanger of STP;
- He ignored rules of STP.

In both cases funds can be hold via STP for sometime and account can be temporarily suspended.
