I have seen over a period of time in numerous threads the goal posts being moved as suited....This is totally unfair to the posters and it's hardly what could be called a "fair" mod....

Seems more like an expectation to be the best poster you can be. Seeing your posts in this thread, the expectation to post something intelligent instead of a "nice looking program" is hardly a stretch.
