Hello ladies and gentlemen. This is James Al-Oboudi, owner of Teamwork Revolution Power System.

As many of you know, we were planning on offering all new members who join TWRPS on or after Oct. 7th a free 14 day trial. However, we are going to have to delay that date to November 1st. This will not affect current members who have registered during the prelaunch phase at all, as it was always planned to offer the 14 day free trial ONLY to members who sign up after the free registration offered during prelaunch when we are actually in business on Oct. 7th, so if you're receiving this email, this change won't affect you at all. Nevertheless, I would still like to explain why we are pushing back the date so that you are all properly informed.

If you've read my other emails, or my posts in the forum, you'll know that TWRPS has received FAR MORE members than I originally anticipated. In fact, by the time we launch, we will have five times more members than I had expected. Because of the extremely rapid growth TWRPS has experienced, we have been forced to make numerous changes to help protect the site and keep it running properly. However, making these changes has put us a little behind schedule.

It is my main priority at this point to ensure that all the products and services are fully prepared and available for all members by the time we launch on Oct. 7th, as I am completely adamant about giving all members everything they are paying for. However, to ensure this is done, something has to give, because as I stated, due to our need to make many adjustments to handle the massive flood of members we've received, we are a little behind schedule.

I am in no way at all willing to place any of the products on hold, as I promised they would be available by Oct. 7th, and I will stick to that. However, to ensure the products are fully set up and prepared for all members by Oct. 7th, we are going to have to delay the set up of the free trial.

After much thought, I feel that if the free trial is to be delayed, it is wise to simply begin it on the first of November, as the billing cycle starts from the first of each month and ends on the last day of each month. Furthermore, since the billing cycle for October will end on Oct. 31st, by starting the free trial on Nov. 1st, you will all be ensured that everyone who is still in your downline after we do the first round of inactive member deletions after Oct. 21st are actually all paying members that you will receive a commission from. Due to the confusion that can sometimes arise during massive launches like the one TWRPS will have, I think this is a good way to bring much needed clarity to the situation, as many people will be quickly trying to calculate how much they are due to receive in commissions during the first week of November.

As I said, because we have had to make numerous changes to adjust to the completely unexpected massive influx of members, we are a little behind schedule, and since I am unwilling to delay any of the products and services, and since starting the free trial on November 1st presents the ability to cut down on the confusion that is often present during massive launches by allowing people to know for sure that during the first commissions cycle all of their downline members are paying members, it seems like the wisest choice to make the free trial the feature to delay, and to delay it until Nov. 1st.

I apologize for this minor inconvenience, but again, the massive number of members we've received have forced us to alter our plans and placed us a little behind schedule, and I am completely adamant about IMMEDIATELY providing you with all the products and services you're paying for, so I am not willing to delay anything in that department. Also, again, please remember that the delay of the free trial will not affect any of you, as it was only ever meant to be offered to new members signing up after Oct. 7th.

As you know, we launch at 12:00am on Oct. 7th (U.S. Central Time). All members will then be required to submit the membership fee to gain access to our products and services and be fully registered, active members of TWRPS.


As stated on the home page, AlertPay is our payment process. You will be able to submit your payment via AlertPay after launch when you attempt to log in. Please follow the simple instructions for doing so and you will then be a fully registered and active member of TWRPS and eligible to begin earning commissions through our affiliate program.


When making your payment, you can either choose to pay from existing funds in your AlertPay account (if they are present), through a credit or debit card you have already linked to your AlertPay account, through a bank account you have already linked to your AlertPay account, or simply through a one time credit card payment using AlertPay as your payment gateway.


When you are taken to the AlertPay payment page, you will be given the option (on the left side of the screen) to make your payment via credit card if you do not have an AlertPay account. You of course may choose this option to make your payment if you wish.


If you already have an AlertPay account, you will be asked to log in (on the right side of the screen). After logging in, you will be able to choose how you wish to make your payment (on the right side of the screen). If you already have a credit or debit card linked to your account that you would like to make your payment with, please choose the card of your choice to submit your payment. If you would like to add a credit or debit card to your account to make your payment, you of course may do that as well, as the option will be given to you. When making your payment, please be sure to enter the security PIN you chose for your AlertPay account while creating it.


Again, if you do not have an AlertPay account, you can simply make your payment via credit or debit card through AlertPay as your payment gateway.


Furthermore, if for some reason you have trouble paying via AlertPay because, for example, you live in a country that makes it difficult to work with AlertPay, please be advised that I am doing everything in my power to provide all members with the ability to make their payment through TWRPS' very own secure payment gateway. I can not give an exact time frame for when this will be completed, as it is a lengthy process, but I will do all I can to have it in place before Oct. 21st, so if for some reason you can't pay via AlertPay, please check the TWRPS home page repeatedly to see if we have been able to set up our own payment processor to serve you better. The overwhelming vast majority of members will have no problem using AlertPay at all, as they are a global company. Nevertheless, I will do all I can set up TWRPS' own payment processor as soon as possible to properly serve all our members in every corner of the world.


One last note on creating an AlertPay account, DO NOT create a Business account. A Business account has much more strict standards, as it is designed only for business owners who are charging people money. This of course does not apply to any affiliate of TWRPS, as none of you are charging anyone any amount of money. I highly suggest you create a Personal Pro account with AlertPay, as it will provide everything you need as an affiliate of TWRPS with FAR fewer restrictions.

As you all know from the email update we received the admin is having problem with the payment processor and decide to close down the program (like the earlier two he had) for another month.

I received my refund!

Pathetic,

These merchant accounts are a major problem and it is getting worse, this makes three companies I was involved with who all got hit over the past few months by merchant accounts being seized, so sad to see this trend getting worse, so hopefully they can get it squared away and get everyone refunded.

What are you talking about? AP didn't seize the account, they charged higher fees than they agreed, so James decided to refund everyone and find a different processor. It's AP's fault, and there loss of over $20,000 in transactions. Too bad for them.... AWESOME for us at TWR PS!!

Like I stated earlier, these merchant accounts are getting to the point that they can cripple any company with little cause, other than too much success too soon, so we shall see, but in my opinion, these situations are not easily resolved, so keep your fingers crossed.

Sure, it is easy to blame hackers, but the bottom line is obvious, James lost their merchant account which was AP, and funds are frozen, so refunds are the only way to square up with members, so we shall see.
