I sent this guy $279 LR last week, he said he'd send me my purchase on Monday.... still nothing....

he sent me that message over 24 hours ago, I have still received nothing, I was supposed to get it on Monday, it's now Thursday and I paid last week, I would not order anything from this guy until he's at least proven he sends what we pay for.

I need a usa bank account or credit card, with them I want to make a deposit to forex broker.

But the broker accepts only VISA and mastercard. Here is one of the rules of the broker:

Prepaid, Gift, Maestro and VISA Electron credit cards are not accepted.

Can I use your card for this?
