For our customers: if WU can be received in your country, it's not "weird" for the purposes of WU transfers. Your names are "weird" for the purposes of WU transfers only if you spell them incorrectly on your orders because then you won't be able to receive the money.
Please consult the Western Union for a list of the countries transfers can be sent from.
If you want to know the location your particular order will be sent from, please contact me with the details of the order on the date of the order.
If you want your money sent from a specific list of countries only, please provide me the list of countries you want and I'll see what I can do to accommodate you.
If you don't want your money be sent by someone with a "weird" name, please provide me a list of the names you consider to be "weird" and I'll tell you if my name is on that list or not.
It is not that unusual. I remember in late 70th or early 80th a "Contemporary Russian Last Names" book was published. It was immediately nicknamed and in fact became "Soviet Human Resources Manager's Desk Reference Book"
Perhaps moneyman07's Country is suspicious of names that sound like:
Baruh Hussein Obama, or
Hasan Abdurahman ibn Hattab or
Ostap Suleiman Berta Maria Bender-bey, or even
Anthon Pavlovich Chekhov...
Do you think you could accommodate him for an extra fee, if he provided a small list of the names that are acceptable, by trying to hire a person with one of those particular names?

For an extra fee, he can have any name he likes on the transfer. I doubt he'll provide the list in the first place.
