You can also automate your tweets. You can link your twitter account to twitterfeed . It's also a one time set up. just make sure that you edit the number of times you want tweets to be sent out.

These techniques are very interesting. I tried something similar on facebook, but I got overwhelmed pretty soon. Having lots of accounts is very time consuming especially if you try to update each and every one of them regularly. This might work.
