Point and Figure Chart in Forex

The Yen opened the last week, on a weak note following an emergency meeting of the Bank of Japan, that announced more liquidity measures. Also the government said that it was planning more stimulus for the economy. A few hours after the Yen not only recovered lost ground but was testing 15-year lows.
Despite improvement in market sentiment and rising government bond yields as the week went by, the USD/JPY did not rise and moved in ranges below 84.60
On Friday, after the NFP report, the pair jumped to 85.20 but reversed sharply and pulled back to 84.20 to finish the week below 84.50.
The dollar broke through primary support at 85.00 and is headed for a test of support at the 1995 low of 80.00 The Bank of Japan threatens to intervene to prevent further appreciation, but there are doubts about the political will to do so. Recovery above 88.00 is unlikely at this stage, but would warn that the down-trend is weakening.
I believe that we can consider the possibility of opening long positions. Details on the chart.

The Aussie dollar is advancing to test resistance at 0.9350.
Reversal below 0.88 would signal another test of primary support at 0.81.
Break out above strong resistance at 0.9350 appears less likely, but would offer a target of parity if confirmed.
Technically, the AUD USD is in an uptrend after crossing the last swing top at 0.9221 on Thursday.
The pace of the current rally may begin to slow down as this market approaches a series of tops at 0.9323, 0.9337, 0.9364 and 0.9387.
The big number to overtake will be the November 2009 top at .9405.
Hence, even in case of another rise, I'd expect strong resistance near to 0.9404 to limit upside and bring another fall to continue the consolidation.
However, decisive break of 0.9404 will invalidate this view and target 0.9849 high.

Trade Idea: Usd/Chf - Sell Limit,Stop at 0.9640; Target: 0.9520 ; Stop: 0.9701.

USDCHF continues its bearish movement from 1.1730 and the fall extended to as low as 0.9555 level.
Further decline is still possible next week and next target would be at 0.9400 area and even 0.9200 area.
Resistance is at 0.9840\80, as long as this level holds, downtrend will continue.

Dollar Index and the Swiss franc is well correlated with each other.
------------------------
And guess from, since September 28, the USDX has already fallen from 79.60 to 77.20.
The 77.00 support, however, had kept the index from falling.
Given this and its oversold condition, the index may range for awhile or even rally before continuing its descent.
A break of the 77.00 level would push the index down to around 74.00.
