Why can't they just send emails to all members informing us that the website will be down temporarily so they can work on the problems?

Even scam sites could do that. Why not The Vaults?

Well, if they are honest the server downtime is possibly forced
by another attack. I cannot imagine that the downtime was planned because
this would be very foolish not to inform investors beforehand
after the delay and payout block to pull the site off when payments are expected to restart.

If they are scammers then what we are seeing now is the "pull the plug and make a runner" drama.

I would give them another 24 hours to give at least some info what has happened else I'd say -Game over!

Dear customers, we kindly need your help communicate too many customers as possible. This morning we lost control over our main email we use for server contact, processors, passwords, everything. And 30 minutes later the server was unplugged (gone). Even our Paypal account email is not accessible. We have no control or communication left to do.

Please kindly help us reach many customers as possible to let them know we try to regain control over server and program. So truly sorry we all have to experience this.
