Re: PIPS and the Malaysian SEC
Even if it's not a securities company, it's doing fraudulent business in Malaysia. That's where the office is, that's where I wired my money to, that's where the web sites are run from, support is, Bryan and Gary's office, etc. is.
So if it's not a jurisdiction of the Malayisan SEC (SC, I believe, actually - http://www.sc.com.my/ ) aren't there laws about other types of fraudulent businesses operating in Malaysia?
It can't be enough to shrug and say "Hey, I'm registered in Panama" if you are standing in Malaysia, gnawing a T-bone, ripping people off.
That's absurd.

Re: PIPS and the Malaysian SEC
The point I was trying to make is that claims that the Malaysian SC (you're quite right - not SEC) have given PIPS a clean bill of health are just not correct. The only company within the group that they will have inspected is PIC Capital Ventures.
The "multiple jurisdictions" game is often played by fraud artists under the impression that it provides a degree of immunity but it does not. Wherever their company may be registered is unimportant - it is where the fraudulent activity has been committed that is relevant and where "the heart and the mind" of the business is located - in this case, Malaysia. The Malaysian SC only have authority PIC Capital Ventures. For the other entities, it will be the local fraud squad, if indeed fraud has been committed, who must be involved.

This makes good sense to me. I never could figure out why everyone was pushing the Malaysian SE to investigate PIPS.

It's called "desperation".....they are all so intent on creating a "scam" cloak for PIPS, that they will stop at NOTHING to fabricate their claims.

I really fail to see how a statement such as this can be so badly misconstrued - unless of course the writer has some inside knowledge that the operation is indeed fraudulent.
