I am unsure what type of answer you are looking for. Here is what I can tell you, and I am sure anybody in the business will agree with me:

MOST people that do a successful exchange do not take the time and effort to post their experiences in forums. The exchange is done, their are happy with whatever they needed to exchange, they move on. SOME customer are kind enough to post their experience, and you can find some of that on our thread. We do not pay posters or create testimonials because I just think it is silly.

However, I would tell you this: If a customer is scammed, or perceives that is being scammed for some unforeseen delay, even if it is for 2 dollars or whatever amount, it would surely and promptly go around the forums and start screaming SCAM!! faster than you can read this .

I invite you to check this, and other forums where we have sticky thread. You won't find a single post accusing us of anything. If you do, it is a disgruntled competitor or somebody paid to lie.

We have many hundreds of customers and card holders that are satisfied with our services. Another factor is that A LOT of them do not speak english and do not post in forums. There are, for example, PLENTY of forums in Spanish and french where people have posted successful transactions with our company.

Ultimately, as with any company out there, I would advice you to try us yourself, with a small amount at first, and then make your own conclusions.

At present time, the only way we accept cash payments is through Wire transfers or IBAN. We are looking into accepting credit cards soon though. We should be able to have that facility in place in about a month.
