I have been seeing people getting the referrals they purchased in about two weeks or so. There is not set time frame for them to be delivered though.

Yes, you will be paid the sponsor fee when the referrals you purchase upgrade.

I'm an upgraded member of what seems to be a fine online venture. That being said does anybody know if FM is considering changing the lame video presentation on the website?? I want to start advertising but am none too impressed with the video and want to wait to see if this will change. I'm hoping for a website upgrade, any feedback??
