anyone here from justbeenpaid admin/moderator/staff?
because i have a problem in my alertpay withdrawal!!!
i just withdraw money on may 26 with an amount of $52!
until now, it's not on my account! i double check everything i had a correct alertpay account email.. i just submitted a ticket but its been 3 weeks since i submit a ticket, nothing happens! still the money is not on my alertpay account! they always says that it is being escalated! for how long? can you tell my why is it taking too long to get my withdrawal request? this is the 1st time i experience this problem! its almost a month now and the withdrawal is still on pending?

please fix this up! this is my ticket number #676414
i hope you can help me up, i still keep my faith on Justbeenpaid but you are telling me to lose my faith in you because of what you did...

wrong place for help....there is always someone in conference room....it's so simple to ask there anything you want and get tips and answers...not only from JBP staff but from many other members who are in conference room

yeah, i just did that a couple of times ago then they said just wait for a while, give us time to respond to your ticket... haysss.... they can't do support. always here waiting..

nah... this is not my 1st time to withdraw in Alertpay, but this is the 1st time i withdrawed my money when AP just suddenly changed to Payza, but i think that's not the issue... conference doesn't help, i tried to get help from moderators there and they just said is "wait for the response, we can't do support here about tickets".. i'm always waiting... its been a month since my withdrawal... they lack of customer service.. tsk

moderator does not have access to support tickets. they are just members with knowledge of jbp and they share their knowledge.

support tickets have been delayed because when the site upgraded, supports can access jbp as well, leaving them with piled up tickets.
