I really can't understand why you people have no sense of reality.

You will not get any refunds even if you are filling a dispute with AP if the scammer emptied his AP account, and I would be very surprised if he did not emptied that account a long time ago.
I'm not saying you do not have to file complaint with AP about the scammer, just wanted to clarify to all of you to not make any false hopes in having a real chance to ever seeing again your moneys.

Maybe there still are some refunds, but all those are for pocket money amounts. Same goes for "normal" payments to LR or PM.
Plus the investments have almost totally dried up, like you can see from the automated script in the site (thank God, some people are getting informed about what's happening!)

My contact who informed me yesterday afternoon about what's happening in this stupid HYIP never got any refund of his $100 invested with AP, and the exact completion time of that investment (5 days) was about 16 hours ago.

This thread can be moved for sure to the scams forum already.

Those who do not lost money, or lost just small amounts can be happy here.

Someone must file a dispute via alertpay so they freeze their account and they can not make any withdrawals, I would do it but I have two more in progress. Please some people have to do it right now.

If the scammer is not too idiot to give his real identity information when opened AP account, or to use real IP and not a professional proxy I can't imagine how can be caught legally. But yes, if some guys want to start some organized action against this petty scammer, it's a good idea to contact them, if you have been scammed here.

I heard that in the Prosperitywallet forum many members received this same private mail, but then the forum was later deleted by the scammer, so probably very few had the chance to read that PM.
