The perfect HYIP. This is list is in random order.

1. Anonymity: completely anonymous for adminstrators and investors. This is for the protection of everyone from government terrocrats.

2. Timely updates: let's everyone know what is happening consistently.

3. Support: A customer service team, just like FLO's moderating team is a definite plus. Emails always answered within 24 hours. Constant communication is key.

4. Payouts: 30% profit or more per month with principal back. Principal should not be risked longer than 30 days. This should appeal to the hit and runners as well as those seeking long term gains. Anything less than 30% is not "high" enough for me.

5. Withdrawals: Always processed within 12 hours.

6. Security: Site down time should be minimal. Should be resistant to DDOS and hacking. A "good" hacker should be part of the security team in order to protect the site from "bad" hackers.

7. Anti-bullshet: Negative people, trolls, and stupid people who don't know how to read the FAQ and information pages on websites, yet ask stupid questions or post in the scam section of forums just because the site is down, should be banned on the spot with their deposits refunded. Only "smart" investors needed.

FLO was almost perfect in their prime. They just lacked transparency. Right now the closest we have is Fast Market, but they lack the "payouts" (it's a very low payer) and the transparency.
