the questions is how much can be risk and how much can be profit in exchange. this is tricky.

earnfx: if you are able to earn over 60% EVERY month - you will have fortune within 1 year - this is absurd, nonsense. i would say it other way:
it is not a problem to earn 50% or even 200% per month/week or even per 1 day! the problem is not to lose 100% even once

I agree with whats being said in the last two posts. There is always risk involved in every investment that makes above average returns. ESPECIALLY FOREX.

Traders should not use more than 7:1 and that even depends on thier style of trading.

No such thing as no risk! It's forex market we are taking about here! Everything is risky in a way, and this market has real teeth if you don't know what you are doing.

If you don't take risk under the account, you better off not trading at all...

Forex trading (and trading in general) is a speculation about price of one currency versus another currency.

There are many factors involved in this process. Many entities participate in the process of trading and they are not necessary care about profit.

Sometimes it is protectionism (famous Bank of Japan interventions in FX market), sometimes repatriation of profits that has to happen before Tax deadline, sometimes offset of another transaction or profit for profit.

As you can see not every market participant has the same motivation for conducting business, so the outcome of transaction is not determined by profit expectation. That is why Forex market can be unpredictable. We simply can't determine beforehand who is participating in the market with what intention. That is why risk control measures are so important. And that is why to determine the amount of money one can make on a regular basis is very difficult if not misleading.

When you trade in forex you have to take care of the Risk and Reward Ratio. Always try to minimize your risk, but it's never possible that you earn money in forex without taking any risk.
