Hey mate.

I really need your help.
i have a paypal account which is limited from 2 months.
Reason : we have noticed an illegal activity on the credit card attached to this PP account.

I am from Pakistan where PP is not supported.
I tried 2 VCC sellers and buy their VCC and verified a new PP account.
But all in vein. After few hours the PP accounts again get limited with the same reason mention above.and i losted my money.
Can u Help me verifying my PP account which will never get limited ?
I also have 17$ in my limited account ,Can i get it back ?

Will the vba work for Canada or is it just for the USA?

If it is just for the USA, can I just pick my country as USA, even though I am from Canada? As long as I back it up with an American Zip Code and info, its still good right?
