all programs are honest until they pay
all programs are scam when they don't pay (except genuine/real reason)

this is very simple formula. all programs mentioned in this thread and signagures of everybody (including mine) are honest until they pay and would be scam when they stop paying, no matter after 1 day, 1 week, 1 month or 1 year.

also try fivestarhyip (in my signature) they are paying very good.

very active admin could mean alot of things...not necessarily something good.. u cant tell if they gonna be active when they can run wif ur cash
