Were to exchange Paypal to LR?

Hello, i have some paypal funds and i want to exchange it for LR?
i have serched for sites but i cant find one..

do you know anyone?

It's very risk to exchange paypal for other EC,because pp maybe block your account.

WRONG!

LR is irreversible, PP is not. No reputable exchanger will send you their LR in return for PP that can be reversed.

Get your PP back to your bank and buy LR with bankwire, WU or whatever means the exchanger of choice accepts.

So it's not fit to exchange PP for LR or others.

and I think pp does not allow any exchange from paypal to other payment processor as stated in their TOS
