Adsense solution
My government (according to EU Directive) require all publishers receiving Adsense earnings to pay VAT - after 01/01/2010: every online publisher must registered to VAT.
For me, it is disadvantageous, because the VAT is 20%. My prices will be 20% more expensive for customers after VAT registration. So I do not want to become a VAT payer.
I thought Adsense solutions:
- incorporate Deleware LLC, or offshore IBC, and open corporation bank account in my country (EU)
- receive Adsense payments on this account
- every year pay dividends from the corporation bank account to my private bank account (and pay capital gains tax)
Advantage: the company make business, not me (natural person). I will be taxed only on capital gains taxes.
What do you think? Anybody use this solution?
