Forget the police, what about the courts?
Police actions might take quite a while, considering the transnational nature of the case.
Anyone considered pursuing these guys through the courts? Under NZ company/tade practices law? Breach of contract perhaps (it may well turn out that the "subject to change without notice clause" is illegal under NZ contract law, I dont know.)
