Check for :
1 DB name
2 DB user
3 DB pass
If you can not solve this problem by your self please contact neversay

I just got this message from Randy:

Greg not sure i contacted hosting they said they are looking into it. Please share with forums that i am aware and opened a hosting ticket. I am not able to access the forums so i can not post.

Its been up and down with database issues since lastnight yesterday evening, really putting a push on payments.

Really? I'm surprised since I've seen that Randy has taken care of support requests very quickly.

I know he is more active on a different forum - did you post there?

I'll have to watch more closely now since this has been a good program for me for several months.
