thank you very much for your post with that huge, irritating obnoxious image. I fail to understand what was the reason for posting it, as nearly identical images were posted in the recent past. I am contemplating removal of those images, but please feel free to provide your reasons for posting it. What new and important not available before information it provides?

BTW, shawnlim88, nobody ever answered my question about punishment one can face for actively promoting or running financial fraud in Singapore... I know that in China it may lead to the execution with family of executed responsible for expenses. Is it the same in Singapore, or would they just cane you?

sorry that you missed the important of the image.

the images uploaded are not the same. the red box shows that the latest transaction done by the account 311294.

just imagine, last week it was only 300,000 accounts created.

i am not saying that there are 300 thousand members, just that there are > 300 thousand accounts created.

that answers the question that what if no body buys the eTokens that i am holding.

where are you from? China?

in Singapore, any financial fraud will be trial in Civil court (i think). if convicted, you will probably get jail term plus fines.

but this is irrelevant here as SMICAP is not incorperated in Singapore.

SMICAP is incorperated in the same country as that of AIA (or AIG). do you know what is AIA? do you know the reason behind this ? why did the SMICAP founder make the same decision as that of AIA/AIG?

if i remember correctly, he was sentenced to jail term and fine (???).

as for SMICAP, it is not incorperated in Singapore so Singapore law is not applicable.

for the record, i was told by the founder ( Mr Simonn Ng ) that SMICAP was incorperated in BVI - British Virgins Island.
