For those who have joined and stayed on until now, our concerns are no longer whether this tokens program is a ponzi, pyramid or scam. We are more interested in managing our accounts and money there. On 16 June 2011, I sent the following email to some of my friends:

Hi,
I sent you this email because your tokens qty may exceed the maximum qty per account upon price-splitting at the end of this growth cycle (8th). The boss told some big shots that the maximum qty per account would be 35,000 tokens, down from the present 40,000 ... .
Also, nobody know when and at what value the founder will activate the price-split. He always said when he saw demand exceeded supply, he would split.
Note that for any excess qty after the price-split, the company will auto-sell and slap a 25% charge. So, we have better avoid the auto-sell.
As there are quite a number of unknowns, it is difficult for me to pilot my way around, and yet I have to manage it.
First we need to look at the trend of qty increase, as a guide. See below:
Qty Increase Trend
After 1st growth cycle = 11.8
After 2nd growth cyele = 2.1
After 3rd growth cycle = 2.0
After 4th growth cycle = 2.1
After 5th growth cycle = 1.5
after 6th growth cycle = 1.6
After 7th growth cycle = 1.7
After 8th growth cycle = ?
After this growth cycle (8th), qty increase will be ... ? I don't know, it can be 1.7, 1.8, 1.9 and even 2.0. But, let's assume it will be 1.8.
Any account which has 35,000 divide by 1.8 = 19,444 tokens qty
by this growth cycle will have to sell down your account tokens qty now.
Any account which has less than 19,444 tokens qty will not be affected if the qty increase after the impending split is 1.7.
Next, to sell down those tokens qty beyond 19,444 at which value?
So, we need to look at the trend of maximum value of each growth cycle.
Maximum value (US$) attained for the past cycles
1st 1.18
2nd 0.42
3rd 0.44
4th 0.51
5th 0.41
6th 0.46
7th 0.55
8th ?
Last growth cycle (the 7th), I sold down the qty for my relatives at US$0.45 ea, because the previous maximum value was US$0.46 ea for the 6th. I told them I won't take chance if price-split were to occur at US$0.46 ea again, as nobody would know at what value the price-split would happen. I was only 50% sure that the max. value would go to US$0.54 ea.
So, what will be the price-splitting value for this growth cycle? 50% sure it will be at US$0.56 - US$0.57 ea. Want to take chance? NO.
As the boss didn't want the value to shoot up so fast to US$0.45 ea by 12 May during this growth period, I believe the value will race beyond US$0.50 ea. It is US$0.46 ea now and soon will be US$0.47 ea ... .
So, I have input for you to sell down some tokens qty at US$0.50 ea. Please login to the tokens platform at
http://smicap.net/vo/eshare, using your account ID no. and password level 2. Please do not change the sell qty there.
If you see another sell order at US$0.52 ea, it means that should the price-split be at above US$0.52 ea, there is a possibility that the qty increase after split could be 1.9 and not 1.8. So, a sell order of lesser qty at US$0.52 ea is necessitated.
If the value goes to US$0.56 ea, then, there is a possibility that the qty increase may be 2 instead of 1.8. As such, I shall input another sell down of your tokens qty.
If, after doing all the above, the qty increase is 1.7 only, please forgive me.
