I used a credit card through paypal to fund...how do I do a charge back? Any info would be appreciated. I doubt they will be paying. I received a mass mailed e-mail that was replied to all of my tickets. They aren't actually reading the tickets but just mass replying that they are working on it.

You will have to contact your credit card company. There is probably a phone number right on the back of your card.
According to the latest announcements, We'll get paid what it's owe to us by not later than November 30th.
I don't know if these are more stall tactics to get away with our investments or it's trully statements. All I know is going to be close to a month now that I placed a withdrawal and have not been paid, and in a few days more I'll be placing another withdrawal for the month of October.
Hi ... I joined this autosurf but have not upgraded yet (I've been watching)
This was a note I received this morning - I thought I would post it here:

Payment Update:
All Paid Response and Paid Exposure members will be paid up (in full) by November 30th.. This is a roughed in deadline and we may be able to settle it all up long before then, but BY November 30th, we will be absolutely caught up on all payment requests.. both current and previous ones.
HOWEVER..
Those who requested payment via Paypal MAY be asked to change their preferences to a different processor, since PR and PE will no longer be accepting Paypal on site. We will be able to pay out a large percentage via Paypal, however there might be a few asked to change to a different processor, if possible. If Paypal is the only way you can accept money, do NOT worry.. we will work it out for you..
Other payment options will include Moneybookers (up to $15,000), Intgold, (up to $25,000.00), Netpay and E-gold (unlimited). We will no longer be paying out via the gcard, however with their new options you can transfer funds from an egold account to your card, instantly (see http://www.mygcard.com for details).
I am sure this update comes as a relief to our community, and I hope that together, we can make these issues a thing of the past.. for good.
All the best,
