We have worked with our primary host to increase the connections to the databases in the hopes that it will help with this error. These changes should be in effect tomorrow, and hopefully it will resolve the problem.

Something is just really fishy this month. here it is the 4th of the month, and there is I think one person in their forum that claims to have been paid. Any post that asks about this months payouts in any form or fashion is deleted immediately. And then they claim that people are getting paid, their just not posting about it...BS.
