Re: Is HYIP industry recovering?
So we can take a conclusion that this industry is not just recovering, but expanding as well.
The trust level now are increasing, and maybe few years later we could see the HYIP industry at its best.
But, it's still bad for monitor now to doing business.
Even, the traffic increasing in monitors now don't mean that they can easily earn some cash like before the crisis.
What do you think?

Re: Is HYIP industry recovering?
I'm not worrying about my visitors quantity but how many programs I can recommend them without doubts. For example I am trying to accept only reliable looking programs but their solvency time is really decreasing.

Re: Is HYIP industry recovering?
Recovery is something that takes time 0.5 - 2+ years (from past experience), the trend now is definitely upwards but it can be too slow to be noticed.
Yet I do noticed more interesting mid-term programs gaining momentum recently, I believe it's a good sign because it do means that trust level goes up slowly as well (remember the fast times of exincome & car-investment, profit deluxe, it's all gone).
Trust level is a key element for bringing new investors and keeping existing ones active. Trust cannot be built upon overnight short-term scams, such approach is doomed to fail for multiple reasons. The short term phenomena can be explained by the craving of investors to regain lost money and the lost of trust in HYIPs after the crisis. If recovery is indeed taking place, after a while short-term fashion will evolve into mid-term fashion as demand for HYIPs still exist. Admins know that and the once who were involved in successful short-terms programs have incentives to evolve into the mid-term deal (it's more perspective that way, because of high potential to raise much more members). Maximum trust levels will be seen when we'll have alot of 100-120% / month programs gaining momentum like it were in 2005-2006 HYIP golden era (too bad archive.org blocked goldpoll history, I could of show you what I'm talking about). In that time we had alot of long-term programs with alot of depended mid/short term programs around them.
ivaho : Do your monitoring site traffic doubled in the recent days ? (According to alexa)
You may consider looking on the below examples of mid-term programs I've noticed gaining momentum :
Primfix
MAHIfunds
Centurionassets
GorgonProjectInvest
EliteAlliance
Pharma-Finance
Goldgain
Powerful-Strategy
Neoprogress
Advancefund
BuildInvestGroup
Opulentia
Lucrativafund
And I think more will come soon.
I know generally for a monitor it's not an easy job to recommend any HYIP to anybody, because after all there are no guarantees in HYIP industry, and in life too.. But especially not in HYIPs
tsakaw : You asked about autosurfes, see this : olddayssurfing "lets bring the old days autosurfes back again" haha.. maybe it's a start

Yes, doubled if not tripled but do not connect it to the market trend, it's strictly related to my new promotional campaign started after launching new developed monitoring service, but it's only beginning

I'm watching most of them daily and I am trying to predict which of them survive the longest what is not easy even if I take into account my experience (more than 6 years). They're just too anonymous and have no open position. I hope to change it after I get top monitor position so I expect then to be treated more seriously. It would be also more easy then to protect my investors. Next reason is what someone mentioned earlier that it's too easy to create a hyip nowadays (what doesn't mean that all are profitable for admins).

I try to not recommend any hyip directly but I am teaching my members on my local forum how to catch a fish instead of giving them the fish. Most of the monitors are connected to hyips and they will recommend you everything just to get referral commission from your investment.

Re: Is HYIP industry recovering?
Glad to have a monitor participated in this topic.
At least this topic could have wider perspective.
So what do you think about the competition in this monitor market?
How is the condition now compared to few years ago, when the industry was in top?

Re: Is HYIP industry recovering?
I prefer not to talk about my competitors individually but about the market generally, but my general opinion is that we have too many monitors and too many greedy and dishonest people behind them. The monitors market was also spoiled by universal access to Goldcoders monitoring script (torrent, warez etc.). Most of these monitors keep paying status for money and do not care about their investors. They also use spam methods and fake alexa rank.
Today when I asked about logo exchange with one of the monitor (about 50k alexa rank) I received proposition to boost my alexa rank using fake US traffic because "all monitor is use script to surf USA traffic". Of course I refused but it shows how the market is crooked.
It was one of the main reason of developing my service, I see a niche for a really investment-friendly service, but as I wrote before I need first to get top position to be treated seriously by hyip admins.
What is positive, we have now more articles, reviews, interviews, online chats and tools like in the past. In the past monitors were very simple, basic details + paying/not paying status.
I like the market because I can't be bored here, I am only pained when I see how many scams are around but I still believe there is a future for honest and modern online investment businesses.

Re: Is HYIP industry recovering?
About autosurf, yeah, autosurf ROCKS!
But it still a question mark for them to regain trust from their late investors.
Besides, lots of newbies are not familiar with this kind of HYIP.
So the question is will this program accomplished their mission or not.
Only time will tell the answer, so give them some chance to make it, and the magic will happens.
About monitors, i think those people you told above don't have too much influence in monitors market, but they are still dangerous for newbies. After all, they usually offer hundreds, even thousands percent of RCB, to avoid them to take responsible to do their monitoring job.
But, we know that there's a clash between 2 top monitors that dominate the market, MNO and HYIP.com. I think this clash affects more people, makes lots of investors and HYIP's admins to suffer its effect.

Re: Is HYIP industry recovering?
The conflict between those big monitors solved a while ago since HYIP.com changed ownership from Alex to Carina. New administration = no personal conflict.

Can you, please, elaborate? What is your idea of an honest and modern on-line investment business?
I'm watching HYIP arena since 10 years and if you ask me I can not recollect one program that was honest. No any innovations either, same stuff year after year. Do you see any new trends coming?
