I just have tried to register in EZ support system and did it with no errors in less than a minute. You please be more patient and if you have some complains try to provide proofs. I do believe EZ support is slow with the response because it really is. One week is even not much in case of verification on EZ. Calm down and try to register in their support system until you do it successfully. Try using different browsers and if there will be difference - notify support about the issue so they could contact tech teem to resolve it. Delays with the response is not a distinct sign of scam. I agree that EZ should provide better support. But I strongly disagree they are scammers.

I am calling bullsh*t on your post, saying that you successfully registered with them today. This has been an issue with their site for at least the 10 days I have been trying to register with them. If you bothered to read my post you would see that I did use different browsers, but thanks for the advice I guess.

It's a "scam" if they take my personal info (which I did not want to give them at all) and do not offer access to their website as promised in exchange.

I will prove it. I did it again just a minute ago with a fake e-mail for testing purpose. You may use the following credentials to check it by yourself:

Ok great, we are not talking about the website, we were talking about the support forum. What is your PW for the support forum that you claim you successfully signed up for, because I know it's not the same as your site login.

??????

I know we are talking about the support site of EZ. The credentials I provided are valid for this site http://support.exchangezone.com/

They just replied to me today and this what they told me:

Dear Sir,

We apologize for any inconvenience. Due to some system error, all exchanges have been locked at different steps. Our technicians are working on this problem. Your order will be unlocked and processed as soon as the error will be eliminated.

Thank you for your understanding.

What do you think?
