But UInvest always takes serious any attempt to say false about us and we take all appropriate measures to punish such people and web resources.
BTW, where did you know of UInvest? It is not advertised anywhere. People come to us exactly from such threads, monitor our website, communicate with other people and - become our loyal uinvestors. People always doubt at the beginning, it's normal for a reasonable person. But as time goes by they see our attitude to each investor, get our Friday newsletters, come to our chat on Wednesdays and see what we do on our website - we change the people's minds. Because they see we care of the business, we put lots of our efforts to it and they become trust us. Investors' trust can only be built with time - and time works on UInvest, not on HYIPs They will all be closed one day, because illegal things cannot exist for a long.

This private hotel business that has been mentioned, whether or not it exists in the location you advertise isn't the point. It looks to be a nice hotel, been in business for 4 years, has good facilities for guests yet it only employs 3. Why is that?

Usual thing here in Ukraine, notanewbie - tax optimization. Unfortunately, tax laws here are hard for ukrainians: for each employee salary a businessman must pay more than 50% to the state tax department (pension and other social funds). So, if you pay $100 to the worker you pay extra $50 each month. This is a lot. (I was in France this spring, they only pay 8.2% (+ employee must pay 6.55% himself - shock! )
When the employee takes his $100 to buy something the government will take away another about 23% (VAT+other taxes). If we add import
excise taxes that are added to the prices (almost 70% of products in Ukraine are imported) - you will get the picture: the government takes more than 75% form each $100. As you understand, such things lead to price increase which leads to inflation etc etc
This is why people have to do something with this. As one of measures to optimize taxes Ukrainians register own private entrepreneur firms and thus provide services to companies they work on. Win-win situation: enterprises save on taxes, people get legal income. This is why you can see a few people working as employees: other provide services being private entrepreneurs.

Okay but why can't I request brochures before spending my money? Why can't I have my accountant go over the accounts of the businesses to assess the viability of my investment before I spend?

I'm would like to confirm that I am not a webmaster of UInvest company. I'm only an Investor at UInvest.

Re: Uinvest - uinvest.com.ua
Hi Caleb,
Thank you for answering one of the questions. It certainly took less than a year. What about another question? Why would anyone care, and why you are updating their website?
As for your attesting to what is scam and what is not, you'd better keep it to yourself. You are probably the worst expert in scams, and it is assuming that you are not a shill.

Because our business is to sell this information to you, in fact, not give for free, notanewbie. We spend time and money to find, analyze and prepare the projects for investments, it's our product we earn on. If we disclose the information to everyone we will not be needed any longer.
On the other hand, business owners avoid being disclosed in public due to many reasons I can discuss on UInvest forum but not here. We have to be in the middle, serving interests of both sides and making it safe for everyone.
