To do business with FSA you must:

either
- Have office and physical presence in the UK. Then one just submit the form listed on their website and provide details of your business.

or
- Have office and physical presence in one of countries in European Union.

We don't have offices in EU or in UK, therefore we cannot be registered with FSA. Yes, we have lots of UK customers and we use american and ukrainian
regulations for doing business with them.



You just have not enough information, we DO want to comply with European Union regulations because it means lots of business opportunities for us. This is we we're registering a company in Germany right now and once it is done we will proceed to EU financial authorities.

And of course it is a nonsense that one cannot fund his account with one payment method and withdraw to another. So if you deposit cash with check in your bank you cannot request a wire transfer?

What do you mean no proof? We have had our website since 2007, but we didn't have any activity there as we were concentrated on providing our services offline. However, we did have some visitors on the website, mostly our offline customers.
