Perfect Money Blocks Account

Dear fellow readers

I'm outraged that Perfect Money has blocked my account with Sportarbs, further complicating their attempt to resolve their issues. They have so many known ponzi programs and have never done this before as far as I know. Something smells here. I hope this is not a precedent for future dealings with Perfect Money. I expect this from Alert Pay as that is part of their procedures which I accept. But I use PM to avoid such issues so what gives

PerfectMoney is unpredictable now, they can block any business and personal account without warning, it's enough when a few customers send some complaints or they just want to grab our money. By blocking accounts they can ruin even the honest projects. They should establish clear rules because this case is very similar to e-gold.

After blocking account they should refund all investors like Alertpay do, but they just keep money for themselves (I couldn't find even one customer who get any refund from them as they stated). They use "block" button to earn money, this is a very dangerous situation.

I exchanged all my PM funds and I will keep only a few cents until I see any positive changes.

I am also worrying about my privacy now, they published Sportarbs account details (with name, amounts, etc.) without Sportarbs' agreement.

4. Safety of the user, confidentiality of the personal data and performed transactions

4.1 Use of the System begins from filling the registration fields where the user should specify some personal data. To speed up the process a customer is strongly recommended to enter valid information.

4.2 The personal data entered by the user is necessary for his/her identification in the System, increasing the security level of the System and communication for rendering services or conducting transactions.

4.3 With the purposes listed in item 4.2 the System asks the Internet user who has expressed his willingness to register with Perfect Money, to enter the following data: Name, resident city, address, country, state (if present), ZIP code, e-mail address, and telephone/fax.

4.4 Personal data of the user are available only to Company personnel and are not provided to the third parties. - broken

4.5 Personal data of the user can be provided to the third parties such as national security agencies but only with a court decision. - broken

4.6 Blocking of the System customer’s account on the initiative of third parties is possible only with a court decision. - broken

If PM is breaking own rules how can we still trust this company? Their rules are clear, and they have no right to publish account details and to block their account. They should now send apologies to Sportarbs and unblock their account or we can all forget about a serious and professional approach.

Yes, it is really dangerous situation with PM this moment.

I think PM staff should to clarify this issue to all PM account holders.

I asked Sportarbs support how they plan to resolve their situation with Perfect Money and they said they have contacted them that they would cooperate fully with PM to get the funds returned to the investors yet PM was not forth coming. It appears that PM is taking advantage of the issues that have bestowed Sportarbs to steal their funds and blame it on Sportarba as a scam. Shame on them and it just adds to the concern over this arena!!

It is not normal that a Bank (Perfect Money) published Information about a client Sportarbs). So they will lost the trust.

It***8217;s the first time that I find a bank doing such kind of thing; I mean Perfect Money as well as the staff are not so professional to publish the privacy of a company on the net.

The lol above was in reference to the term "bank" being used to describe an anonymous criminal payment processor run by... nobody knows. Properly incorporated nowhere. Using a dozen bank accounts in a dozen countries (and company names) in order to facilitate the direct money laundering via third party wire transfers which is available to it's members.
