Help me please.

I deposited $8000 and lost everything since May 2010. Please help me where to complaint about this. I need money for my mother cancer treatment and I had $8000 but need $10000. I thought this is the quick way to get extra money by investing Peter Newmann Investment club. Now I don't have single penny. I lost every thing. If I don't have this money in 6 months, my mom life will be end. Please help me where to go. Even the website pniclub.com is not working.

Hi Nasir,

I think you could talk to your relatives about your current situation and see if they could help you. I think they might be able to borrow you an extra USD$2,000 to assist you for your mother's cancer treatment. Maybe the Social Workers could also help you.

You didnt understood.

He had $8k which he wanted to convert to $10k (as he required this much for medical bills).

Now he has lost his original $8k as well.

@Naseer.

All I can suggest is just ask for help to your relatives. That is the only way.
If you have some properties, you can get loan on them.

I am sorry to say that you can do nothing to get your money back. But alternatively, since you have 6 more months to collect money, it would be better that you work extra hours and try to collect as much funds as possible. Also, you can consider taking the help of your friends and relatives. Try getting a loan from your bankers.

Investing $8k in first hyip is not a mistake but a blunder. Just see his history, this was his first investment in any hyip.

From name, I guess he is most likely from an Asian country( possibly India, Pakistan or Bangladesh). As per standard of living in the country this is terrible sum of money to be lost, specially if he belongs to middleclass.

I am readdy sorry for you Naseer. But don't cry now. Get ahead and start working. What you are going to do now is what going to count. Not what you have done in past or what tears you shed now. All the best

Unfortunately, such situations occur. It's silly and irrelevant now to say that the first rule of investing in HYIP has been broken (not to invest more than you can afford to lose), but there is nothing else to add. Even if the legal proceedings will not take a lot of time, getting money back is alas almost impossible.

Hi Drnkhan,

I was worried that you might default on your credit payment, since you said that you deposited the money 3 months ago via your credit card. Are you OK in paying up that bill from your credit card company?

I wish to suggest to you that you go to your credit card company because it should know where it sent your money to. Lodge a complaint there, too.

After 3 months, the credit card company may not be able to help much, though, but, at least it knows where it sent your money to. Take it from that lead there.

So sorry. Hope you're not in credit card debt.

Be more careful ... next time before you part money. There are many people/programs making promises of 10-metre tall trees out from seeds in 1-3 months. Such trees exist in the scam world ONLY. If I were in your situation, I might be much pressurized by the dire health situation of a family member too.
