The system is actually pretty easy to understand.

Basically Webeserver has thousands of customers who need to send work to them to get completed. This is mostly web work (posting, links, design etc). This of this as a freelance / outsource gig.

You as the person do these tasks and get a little bit of money. Webeserve than takes a chunk of the money as a referral to you for the business.

I doubt you'd make $100 PER job .. maybe you will make $100 after a few jobs.
