Pips Assets - Kids Bible etc

In all the furore over the Marsdens activities, nobody has any evidence of Assets that belong to the company, and whether these are naturally available for the creditors. We have seen comments that assets are in Marsdens own names, and in ownership of private comapnies, but no real proof of anything that can be attached. Bryan has studiously avoided any external checks and balances, (Audits) and is a master of prevarication.

As Bryan's documentary skills are dubious to say the least (examples are the posted "contracts" on the web-site) It is likely that any assets will walk away.

I suspect that the Kids Bible is one such asset. I can just see Tom Broadbridge saying "Pips is Dead - Its all MINE!!" and the benefit will vanish into his preferred charity. ("The Tom Broadbridge Retirement Fund" )

though.. is it an asset or a moneyhole? the resteurants likely eat money - pips premiere likewise does probably as well.

besides, with debt going to a billion(and assets maybe 50 mil total? with maybe just few mil un-hidden if even that) and no real way to come up with good who-gets-what plan there's not much of chance of them being good for anything(impossible to say who should get the money, which accounts should get their starting money and which shouldn't due to cloning etc..).

besides, if it's in bryans own name or through a "scapegoat"(I'm not sure of the correct english term here, but basically using someone elses name to own something) it doesn't matter much to authorities - as far as they're concerned it all came from bryans illegal activities and belongs to the pot.

Unfortunately, in the breakup of a fiasco such as this, possession tends to be 9/10ths of the law.

With the international flavour of this scam, assets outside jurisdiction require considerable effort to recover, and not every country subscribes to the assistance in international liquidations.

Of course, anyone holding assets of the company is acting in a trustee capacity, so in theory the assets are recoverable from them. In practice it may be very difficult.
