Wouldn't it be nice to have a service a "honest" hacker, meaning someone of the knowledge to hack, but with a moral background.
Then you could contact this individual and show proof of spend and lack of payments and he could hack the Scammer and return your stolen money for a percentage!
He would make more than he knew what to do with and have the satisfaction of righting wrongs!
It is truly hard to believe that a hacking can be morally justified. In the end, the most influential characteristic is Greed.
However I belive that certain hackers can be good for purposes like testing the security of a HYIP in pre-launch, but most of these ideas will end up becoming corrupted, as there is no possibility of a perfect world :/.

its impossible to do this kind of thing legally. Are you really going to hack into a system, take money out, and then transfer it to someone else? being realistic is probably a lot better.

I was thinking the same thing. Contracting hackers on a public forum isn't the best idea. But we can dream, lol...
Anyway, I much rather have a mercenary get the money back and then some. Sure would cut down on scams.
