BEWARE of the site: ZIINGA.COM

I am deceived by ASK-ZIINGA.COM +64-49747282 MLT. I never registered in this site, it just popped out in my email and when i opened the site it was an auction site. You bid for free, so I did bid and won a camera for only 7 dollars, so I paid it straight away through my credit card with amazement for a 7-dollar expensive camera. But after paying it I was asked to fill up a form from their site to allow them to charge me with 119 dollars for the membership before they will send me the item I paid. I was shocked! I was deceived! I never visited the site again and forget my bad online experience. But this morning, I found out in my bank statement that I was charged of 119 dollars by ASK-ZIINGA.COM +64-49747282 MLT. I talked to the customer service in this site through chat but despite the long conversations and explanations I did, I could not get my money back. Is this site genuine? they were trying to say that I was lying! they are making stories like they said there are two email addresses they see in my accounts. What? My question is: How did they get my money when I never fill up the papers they require me to sign in order for me to allow them to charge me that amount? BEWARE OF ZIINGA.COM. There are so many monkey business surfacing online.

I just want to emphasize something here:

1) I bought the bids package with card 1 (not lots of funds in it).
2) I paid for the product I won with card 2 (payment for the product I won).
3) They charged my card 2 yesterday with £56!!!! FOR NO REASON AT ALL!!!!!
I used the second card to pay for the product and for the product only!!! If there was any type of membership (WHICH THERE ISN'T!!) they would have to charge card 1 but this card has no money in it (I took all the cash out once I read what they do) - so they without any authorization whatsoever tried to charge my second card for £56!!!

They are bunch of scammers and cheaters!!!

ziinga is a coplete scam got me for $89.99 AUD per month for the last 4 months as i went into the free auction and won a coffee machine with just won bid all i had to do was pay for delivery with my credit card and some how i become a gold+ member i have never recieved a thing from these creeps, when i got contact with them they told me that was because i never filled out the forms (photo id,scanned credit card front and back, and some form my about my credit card) had to cancel credit card so they couldnt take any more money.

It looks like it can take up to 5 weeks to receive a product and they even charged some members £56 for 'membership' they never agreed to sign-up for!

This site looks like a scam! I have sent them an email a few days ago and they still haven't responded. I am not even sure I am going to receive the product I won anymore, but I will be in touch with the bank in that case to reverse the £80 payment for the product for non-delivery!

I just want to warn other people who use online auction websites, there are so many good websites with good customer support and no tricks at all, but Ziinga is definitely NOT one of them!

Don't use this site!!

People think Ziinga is a scam but it's not. I won an iPad for EUR70 with 45 bids, you just need to watch the auctions closely and bid wisely.

Do not just go and bid on everything, when there are 10 minutes of an auction remaining, do not bid - wait till the last seconds, wait and bid in the right time.

Ziinga.com is a total scam!!! I just received a spam SMS directing me to www.bestbuy.ca.wonacontest.com that immediately redirected me to Ziinga.com (i used a secure computer, not cellphone to address the link) DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE. Should be and probably is illegal/phishing/dishonest individuals.

Yeah I found out the hard way too. I had to cancel my credit card to stop further payments after I had won the Ipod. Paid 100. something I think for some stupid membership that I never signed up for then I sent them a ha ha email that they'll not get another penny from me!!!!!! I was pissed!
